A new documentary tells the true story of how ALS has changed one Texan’s life—for the better.
John Paine, known as a devoted father and hardworking businessman, was diagnosed with ALS 15 years ago. Though the disease has weakened him physically, in other ways he believes ALS has made him stronger. “The Luckiest Man” explores his journey and tells the inspiring story of how he has chosen to live life to its fullest.
“The Luckiest Man” had its red carpet premiere at Dallas’ Angelika Film Center in October, selling out multiple screens. You can watch highlights from the premiere event in the video below.
Now a new Dallas screening has been added, this time at Northwest Bible Church on Friday, January 22, 2016. The event includes a Q&A session with the filmmakers and the Paine family. You can purchase tickets to the January 22 screening by clicking here.
